Time is money - especially in a project. Missed deadlines and absences of team members upset the planning. If decisions are not made and information is missing, the deadline can also be put at risk.
The project should not only have a big deadline at the end, but several phases and intermediate goals. This allows the team to keep an eye on whether the schedule is realistic. To compensate for failures, replacement resources should be planned. If delays and interruptions occur, the team must react flexibly, for example with a focused sprint.
