Some risks become already apparent at the beginning or in the early stages of a project. Nevertheless, it seems easier to continue working at that moment and come back to it later. However, postponed is not canceled, thus the risks remain. The nearer the end of a project draws, the more difficult and costly any changes will be. To suppress a risk does not solve problems but rather creates a bigger one.
To avoid this, the team should think about risks and problems as early as possible. Finding an immediate solution is easier and saves costs. The team should inform the project management about these risks too. If other risks arise in the further course of the project, the same applies: The earlier the team takes care of them, the better.
