Errors can occur in a project at any time. However, the later they appear the more expensive they become. Corrections often cost only a fraction if they can be made at the beginning. Nonetheless, if the checking eye or systematic controls are missing, errors can still occur at a later time.
General attention cannot be missing in order to work error-free and to register errors quickly. This is where the four-eye principle helps: four eyes recognize more than two. In order to carry out regular checks, milestones are set at which a specification is secured. Good quality management and the documentation of work steps also makes it easier to trace possible errors and make them trackable.
