In business life, there is often not only one seller and one buyer, but more than two parties involved. Triangular or polygonal relationships make for a more complex relationship and offer more potential for misunderstandings. If the responsibilities of the individual parties are not clearly separated, this can lead to confusion and dispute.

 

Countermeasures
