JOB DESCRIPTION:

full responsibility to lead the multinational staff-design team from research over ideation & conception to execution & presentation
help defining the design language, the work-style and the design teams
develop project time lines and overlook several projects at the same time
present result to clients and independently handle client care & acquisitions
budget planning and account development responsibility
international project supervision

REQUIREMENTS:

product design background
several years of professional experience (international level preferred)
team leading experience
high ability to interact and to grasp essentials
fluent in English
