WORKING STUDENT IN JOURNALISM (M/F/D)

For our location in the Science Park Gelsenkirchen we are looking for two students, who will regularly take care of important communication tasks for 30 hours per month with flexible working time arrangements.

  • One position is for an English native speaker with a good knowledge of German,
  • The other for a native German speaker with a good knowledge of English.

We are an internationally operating agency group with three locations in GE, Munich and Shanghai. We design and develop useful products in the fields of medicine, laboratory and pharmaceuticals - e.g. rapid test diagnostics, insulin pens, surgical instruments, medical robots, microscopes and much more for market leaders at home and abroad. Our work is regularly awarded with international design prizes.

You…

  • are studying journalism, media science or business psychology
  • live in the Ruhr area and reach out to us in Gelsenkirchen regularly
  • love to present complicated facts clearly, simply and with a wink
  • like to write and think fast
  • are looking for a long-term assignment in a creative, multinational environment, with relaxed people and inspiring topics that are fully in line with the latest trends 

 

Your tasks:

  • you write case studies, blog posts and social media postings about our life in the design office, our exciting design projects, success stories and help with specialist topics.
  • you summarize the articles in the form of our newsletter
  • you translate articles into your mother tongue
  • as sources you tap into our company chat, get topic ideas from our team and generate your own ideas.
  • from these ideas you will form a concept cloud, conduct telephone or live interviews with our team members and write the rough version and after approval the final version.
