Through the extensive know-how and decades of experience of our design team in design development, in metal and plastic processing, and in building prototypes, we can constantly demonstrate solutions that surprise and draw on other areas. Customer needs of tomorrow and beyond – to distill out the right design, we go to the heart of the matter. On its own, a technical look with constantly new product enhancements and features is not enough to convince customers; a superficial design neither. Anything that is really new comes from creative play with what is familiar and the innovative use of new technologies, materials and ideas.

Product design or industrial design?

... in 4 Phases

1. Analysis Phase

At the start, it’s a matter of understanding the basics. We use various methods such as the Design Lab to create a clean design briefing. We work like journalists and question everything we see.

2. DESIGN CONCEPT

We express the insights and inspiration from the analysis phase both systematically and creatively in sketches and mood boards. Using 2D and 3D renderings, we create a visualization of the concepts as a basis for your decision.

3. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

The selected design concept is systematically explored, constructed in a 3D CAD system and implemented with regard to the selected manufacturing technology. Colors, materials and surface studies define the final concept.

4. IMPLEMENTATION PHASE

When engineering and prototype models are handed over, the product design process ends. We deliver the complete design definition including Class-A Surfaces, virtual images, animation and design model if desired, and provide support in implementing the series.
