UX talk in HK

What is UX? UX is short for User Experience, which can be defined as the way a person feels about using a product, system or service.

UX includes both software interactions such as Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) as well as hardware (Human-Machine-Interaction). We can all agree that Apple’s business success is not only due to sleek product design but also their ability to provide a comprehensive experience. From the touchscreen iOS to strong customer service and community, they do an incredible job integrating their i-products into consumer’s daily lives.

For two days in February, Helena (our friendly neighborhood GM and ABBA aficionado) attended seminars and workshops in Hong Kong with some of the UX industry’s most well known names at UXHK2012. Let us not only help you build your brand and design your product, but also help secure brand loyalty and customer growth trough a well-analyzed user experience.
